\frac{6 {x}^(2) + 7x - 3 }{ - 3 {x}^(2) + x } \\ = \frac{6 {x}^(2) + 9x - 2x - 3 }{ - 3 {x}^(2) + x } \\ = \frac{3x(2x + 3) - 1(2x + 3)}{ - {3x}^(2) + x} \\ = ((2x + 3)(3x - 1))/(x( - 3x + 1)) \\ = ((2x + 3)(3x - 1))/( - x(3x - 1)) \\ = ((2x + 3))/(x) \\
