LM = 22

Explanation:

Tangents to a circle from an external point to the circle are congruent , that is

ML = JL , substitute values

7x - 6 = 3x + 10 ( subtract 3x from both sides )

4x - 6 = 10 ( add 6 to both sides )

4x = 16 ( divide both sides by 4 )

x = 4

Then

LM = 7x - 6 = 7(4) - 6 = 28 - 6 = 22
