In a year, there are 4 months that have 30 days.

There are 12 months in a year.

For fun: Thirty days hath September, April, June and November. All the rest have thirty-one, Excepting February alone, And that has twenty-eight days clear And twenty-nine in each leap year.
What is the ratio of the months with 30 days to the months with other than 30 days? In simplest form.

1 to 2

1 to 3

2 to 1

3 to 1
