y= 2x + 2

How:
- As you can see the line goes through the y axis at 2- so we can substitute the c in y=mx + c for 2
- To find the gradient use two points on the line and count across and up, I used (-4,-6) and (0,2) which was 2 across and 4 up: 4 divided by 2 is 2 giving us the gradient to substitute the 2 as m into y=mx+c

That gives us y=2x+ 2
Hopes this helped :)
