If you were in a jeepney and the driver is smoking, how would you tell him or her that smoking in public is prohibited by law? what would you do if the driver refused to stop smoking?

Answer:

If you see a “No Smoking” sign posted, politely point it out by saying, “Maybe you didn't notice, but this is a no-smoking area. Would you please put your cigarette out?” If you want them to try and stop

Let them know how much better you feel now that you're smoke-free. You might say: "I'm so proud of you for trying to quit smoking. I'll help with whatever you need to make it happen."

Answer: tbh I would express my concerns for the health of that person and offer encouragement and if that person decides to stop i would congrat that person and tell that person how proud I am and tell him that it is not to late to turn back and change
