12.72 m

Explanation:

You're going to use the left side from the middle of AD up to point A. You see that's the same as a radius, so its length is 4.5. Then you can use the Pythagorean theorem to find the hypotenuse, the blue line from X to A.

(4.5)^2+(4.5)^2=x^2

40.5=x^2

x=6.36

and AC is two of the line you just figured out so 6.36x2=12.72m
