Answer:

Explanation:

Square with side (s) = 3

P = 4s

s = 3

P = 4*3

P = 12

Square with side (s) = 6

P = 4s

s = 6

P = 4 * 6

P = 24

Answer

It is asking for the ratio of P(with side = 3)/ to P(with side = 6)

  • P(3) /P(6) = 12/24 = 1/2
  • s(3) / s(6) = 3/6 = 1/2

So the perimeter ratio is 1/2

The side ratio is 1/2

They are the same.
