You can get this by putting the smaller
number on top (0.3) and the bigger

number on bottom (2.51). add a zero to

0.3 to make it 0.30 and then multiply

like you would add. (0 x 1, 0 x 5, 0 x 2,

and so on.) make sure to add a zero

before starting to multiply by 3. count

how many numbers are after the

decimal, and move that many places to

the left.
