red line
slope intercept: y=1/2x-2
point slope form: y+1= 1/2(x-2)

I could be wrong but I think:
Blue- Y=3x+2 slope int
Y-2=3(x-0) point slope

Red - Y=1/2x-2 slope int
Y+2=1/2(x-0)
