Explanation: rivers, lakes and seas wouldn’t fill up so we don’t have any drinking water. There won’t be enough water for plants and animals either so they would all begin to die out which in turn would result in human extinction as we no longer have anything to eat or drink. Water is also used in many other ways like shampoo, medicine and sanitation which wouldn’t be available.

If there was too much water, things would become submerged and drown however we can all adapt to that and create buoyant vehicles etc and make taller buildings that can withstand water pressure. Animals could evolve and plants could grow in greenhouses and other closed areas to stay safe
