Hello this will be easy for you.
Look at the picture, you have the angle UTR which is of 90° degrees. Thus the angle UTS is also 90° .
But the sum of the angles of a triangle is by property equal to 180° so the angle UVT must be equal to 180-90-64 = 26°.
Now we are getting near to solve that x+8 degrees angle.
Recall that UVT is 26° ok ? So 180-26 = x+8
Thus
x+8 = 154
x = 154 - 8
x = 146
Finally the angle UVS = 154 and the value of x = 146
