Explanation:

Call the angle facing east x. The angle facing west is also x. The angle facing north, (thus the angle facing south) is given and is y. You can tell that if you take y twice and x once you get 3.5y, and it's easy to spot that x+y=180. Rest is simple math as in the image added - sorry for the handwriting. With simple algebra (you substitute back and forth) you should get x = 108 degrees.

∠DOB=108°

Explanation:

∠AOD=∠COB=y

∠AOC=3.5y-y-y

=1.5y

3.5y+1.5y=360° (angles at a pt)

5y=360°

y=360°÷5

=72°

1.5y=72°×1.5

=108°

Hence, ∠DOB=108°.
