This is our equation


2.5\left(6x-4\right)=10+4\left(1.5+0.5x\right)

First off we can distribute the 2.5 and the 4

Now our equation is
15x-10=10+6+2x

subtract
2x from both sides


13x-10=16

add
10 to both sides


13x=26

Divide both sides by
13


x=2
