Ok so I’m using a word document and towards the bottom of the page it stops me from moving my text box any further down even though I’m not at the very bottom of the page just close to it, I NEED to move my text box there can someone please help me figure out how to get past this little green nuisance of technological code

First, bring the text box as far down the page as you can. Then, click off of it and go to the layout tab. Find where it says "Breaks" and click on the down arrow. Last click the "page" option.
