4/8 or 1/2

Explanation:

Convert all size to x/8

1/4=2/8 and 1/2=4/8

Multiply size of beaker by how many there are filled

1/8 * 2= 2/8

2/8*7= 14/8

4/8*3 =12/8

then add all of them together = 28/8

convert 4 liters to 32/8

Subtract 32/8 - 28/8 = 4/8
