Bike Riding:

Can get into a crash or collision if not paying attention or riding where you aren't supposed to be.

Can cause overuse injuries like knee pain, neck/back pain, etc.

Cooking:

Potential injuries are cuts, burns, eye irritations, and slips.

Exercising:

Sprains and strains.

Bruises.

Muscle cramps.

WAYS TO PREVENT OR REDUCE

Bike Riding:

Wearing proper protective gear.

Paying attention and not speeding.

Cycle with your proper intensity level.

Ride where you are supposed to.

Cooking:

Being aware of your surroundings.

Being careful.

Take cooking classes.

Don't wear loose clothing that can possibly get caught on fire.

Exercising:

Don't over-exercise.

Take rest days.

Do warm-ups and stretch.

Exercise at your own paste.
