Susan is 48 years old and although she is still having her period, it is
starting to become more irregular. She has noticed a change in her
sleep patterns and she quite often wakes up feeling quite hot. Her
mother had severe menopause that lasted for over 5 years and she
wants you to help her with some strategies to prevent her from going
through the same as what her mother went through. Based on your
readings and research on menopause, what dietary advice would you
give her?
