Answer:

Answer: B (I think). Explanation: Turn the mixed fractions into improper fractions. Get a common denominator by multiplying the denominator and the numerator by the same number (common denominator is 8), then add the three improper fractions together. Eden grew 35/8 inches and Eva grew 33/8 inches. When we turn them into mixed fractions we will get, (Eden: 4 3/8) and (Eva: 4 1/8). After that, we subtract them both and get 2/8. We know that 1/4 is 2/8 since if we multiply 1/4 by 2 (by the denominator and numerator), we will get 2/8. (Sorry if you still don’t understand).
