3, 4, 5 and 5, 12, 13

Explanation:

The square of the largest side is equal to the sum of the squares of the other 2 sides.

5² = 3² + 4²

13² = 5² + 12²

The 2 triplets are (3, 4, 5 ) and (5, 12, 13)
