A filter for a fish tank can filter 120 gallons per hour. How many gallons per minute is

Answer:

The answer is 2 gallons per minute.

Explanation:

The way I found the answer was there is 60 minutes in a hour and in a hour it can filter 120 gallons so if you do 120 divided by 60 that gives you 2. So the answer is 2 gallons per minute.

Theres 60 mins. in a hour, so just do 120/60 which is 2.

so, 2 gallons/minute
