We need a acceleration time graph (Attached)

So when t is 0

  • a(t) has value in its y intercept .

Find y intercept by observing the point where the line crosses y axis

Now the particle is given moving along x axis means on the x axis

So acceleration remains 0 as on x axis y intercept is 0 always

A particle moves along the x-axis so that its acceleration a(t) is given by the graph-example-1
