Gross Weekly earnings = 8.50(36) + 12.75(4)

= 306 + 51

Given Gross weekly earnings = $420.75 and t=36,

8.50(36) + 12.75p =420.75

306 + 12.75p = 420.75

12.75p = 420.75-306

12.75p = 114.75

p = 114.75÷12.75
