Greater than 1/2
Explanation:
Conclusion is that the original fraction was greater than 1/2.
Really, for example let the original fraction be 4/3, it is greater than 1/2 and we will divide it by 1/2 and get
4/3 ➗ 1/2 = 4/3 x 2/1
=4 x 2
3x 1
=8/3
=2 1/3
We can see that the result is mixed number
