I am thinking of a number.

I multiply it by 5 and add 20.
I get the same answer if I multiply
by 2 and add 74.

i don’t think it’s possible.

i started the equation backwards

i need a number that can be a multiple of 5 and it has to end in an even number and be the same. it has to end in a six to be added to the 74.
no number ends in 6 and can be multiplied to equal 74 or within 5. 16x5 is 80 which is 6 more than 74.

it doesn’t sound like a lot but it is.
