I am really have hard time doing this help.

y=2x+1

Explanation:

Solve:


m=(3-7)/(1-(-1)) =(4)/(2) =2\\m=2

Put in slope-intercept form:


3=2(1)+b\\3=2+b

-2 -2


b=1

End equation:


y=2x+1
