Scott is taking a test that has two different parts to it.

His goal is to get a 90%. He finished Part 1, and a quick
scan by the teacher reveals that he got 18 out of the 23
questions correct. He begins Part 2. If he answers each
consecutive question correctly, how many more
questions must he answer correctly for his grade to be
higher than a 90%?

So it depends on what’s being asked for as 18/23=78%
As we weren’t told how many marks section b was I assumed it was the same so the only way to get an average over 90 would be to get all correct but if they were to get higher than 21 on section be they would get 90% Andover for the section I hope this helps comment with more info if possible and I can try again
