She can buy 11 balcony seats.
Explanation:
She starts with $246. She spends $64 on Orchestra Seats (4 seats x $16 per seat), and $72 on mezzanine seats (6 seats x $12 per seat).
246-64=182
182-72=110
She is left with $110, which she can use to buy 11 $10 balcony seats (110/10=11)
