Explanation:

2y + 5x = 6 Subtract 5x from both sides

2y = - 5x + 6 Divide by 2

y = -5/2 x + 6/2

y = -5/2 x + 3

But the slope is all that you are interested in.

The answer is - 5/2 which is b. 5x has to be transferred to the right.
