Answer: The answer is C = III

Reason for my answer is since he translation shifts ( x,y ) to ( x + 2, y - 2 ), the image of B(-3, 0) is B'(-3 + 2, 0 - 2) = (-1, -2). Both the x- and y- coordinates of B' are negative, which means B' lies in Quadrant III.
