Take y intercepted points of both lines.

f(x)=(0,-2)

g(x)=(0,3)

Now

\\ \sf\longmapsto f(x)+k=g(x)

\\ \sf\longmapsto -2+k=3

\\ \sf\longmapsto k=3+2

\\ \sf\longmapsto k=5

Done!
