I just woke up and it’s currently 4:34 I slept at 12:00 ish- I’m going to drink a monster later but due to adhd it has the opposite effect for me and makes me tired- what should I do to wake my self up and is this healthy to be waking up this early after going to bed so late?

drink a couple glasses of water before bed to help your body naturally wake up in the morning, splash cold water on your face
