What do you think would happen if the practice charged for medical records, but Sara was unable to pay? Could she be denied her information? Does a fee like this create barriers to care or other inequities? You are required to submit original content.

I’m guessing that they would deny her the information or they would make her pay it off when she can, like she just has debt with the company. And I feel like it does create barriers because some people couldn’t get the information needed.
