Well I don’t think there is an incorrect answer or correct one however Imagime you dropping a sheet of paper onto and slow, calm moving River. The paper would go at the same speed as the River is moving because it will stay afloat.

I believe it doesn’t matter how fast the River is moving, the object Wouldnt accelerate at any rate u less another force is out onto it
