The judicial branch: rules the judicial review, determines what is constitutional and what is unconstitutional. Basically the Supreme Court.
The executive branch: contains the president
The legislative branch: contains congress, senate, and House of Representatives. The legislative branch is more important with creating laws because they are elected by the people.
