short but effective: we all hear about "the butterfly effect" or "every action has an equal and opposite reaction" the same goes for people. If you have a positive and kind demeanor/presence then people around you will tend to be more positive as well. What we put into the classroom is what we get out

My willingness to participate and my willingness to act kind all has an effect on the people in the class. if I have a positive presence, others around me will as well. If I have a negative presence, other around me will as well
