Divide actual feet by scaled feet then multiply by scale inches:

20 feet / 4 = 5

5 x 1/2 = 2 1/2

12 feet / 4 = 3

3 x 1/2 = 1 1/2

Dimensions are 2 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches
