Answer: 276.32cm³

Explanation:

Surface area, A, of a cylinder is given by the formula:

A = 2*pi*r*h + 2*pi*r²

r = radius

h = height

Substituting pi for 3.14 gives:

A = (2 * 3.14 * 4 * 7) + (2 * 3.14 * 4²)

A = 276.32cm³

I've put them in brackets, but this is not necessary.
