Sarah is having a hard time with her hygiene, and especially she is having heavy flow period. She only wears 1 pad every day because she can not bother changing them every few hours. Explain to her what are the health risks of doing this.

if sarah is a heavy flower she might mess which will lead to embarrassment.

changing of pads should be after 3-4 hours if one doesn't this may lead to cervical cancer

Change the pad about every 3–4 hours. If your period is heavy, you can change your pad more often. Changing pads often can cut down on any odor. Regular changing prevents buildup of bacteria and stops odor. If you have a heavier flow, you might need to change pads more often to make sure you don't leak.
