Sarah is having a hard time with her hygiene, and especially she is having heavy flow period. She only wears 1 pad every day because she can not bother changing them every few hours. Explain to her what are the health risks of doing this.

if sarah is a heavy flower she might mess which will lead to embarrassment.

changing of pads should be after 3-4 hours if one doesn't this may lead to cervical cancer

Regular changing prevents buildup of bacteria and stops odor. If you have a heavier flow, you might need to change pads more often to make sure you don't leak.
