Answer: y=4x+9

Slope = 4

Explanation:

y2-y1/x2-x1

Given 3,21 and 4,25

25-21/4-3 = 4/1 = 4

Slope = 4

You can use the point-slope formula to get the following equation in slope-intercept formula.

y-y1 = m(x-x1)

(4,25)

->

y-25=4(x-4)

Distribute

y-25=4x-16

Cancel 25

y=4x+9
