32 1/4 = 32.25
129 / 32.25 = 4

You can make 4 skateboards because 1/4 is equal to 0.25 so therefore 32.25 is how big each section would be so in order to get the number of skate boards you divide 129 by 32.25 and that gets you the answer of 4
