3 3/4 and 1/6 percent of the water evaporated

3 3/4 as a inproper fraction 15/4

15/4 * 1/6= 15/24 = 5/8

so we have to subtract 5/8 from 15/ 4

15/4*2/2= 30/8

30/8-5/8= 25/8
