1 percent, or 20 marbles

Explanation:

add all the other percentages and it sums up to 99%. and the other one percent of the marbles is 20.

Explanation:

61.5 + 27.5 + 10 = 99

this means 1% are neither red, white or blue

1% of 2000 is 20
