Explanation:

Point slope for can be written as
y-y_(1) =m(x-x_(1) )

Where your point used is (
x_(1) ,y_(1)) and your slope is m.

Here we get y-(-4)=3(x-3)

y+4=3(x-3)

For slope-intercept form just move the 4 to the other side.

y=3x-13
