Answer: y = -4/5x + 2

Explanation:

Parallel is same slope diff y intercept (b)

4x + 5y = 3

-4x

/5

Minus 4x and divide by 5

y = -4/5x + 3/5

6 = -4/5(-5) + b

solve b = 2
