if \: \: l_1 \parallel \: l_2 \rightarrow \: m_1 = m_2 \\ \therefore \: m_1 =3= m_2 \\ y = mx + c \\ 5 = 3(1) + c \\ c = 5 - 3 \\ c = 2 \\ \therefore y = 3x + 2
