Types of role models for positive and negative effects on drug abuse is very simple to explain. A positive role model is a role model that will be sincere and caring to explain to you that drugs aren’t unhealthy and bad for you. And not only would they tell you it’s not good for you but also explain to one why they’re bad, and what harm they can cause, and what to do when you get offered drugs, or come face to face with them. Whereas a negative role model would encourage you to go drugs and might make is sound “cool” to do drugs just because everyone “does it”. They would impact you and tell you and that it makes you feel great. And good role models will encourage you not to do drugs and help you stay away from people like the negative role model. And negative role models will keep you from the positive role models.
