Answer:

y = 2x + 5

Explanation:

(-1 , 3) & (2 , 9)

x₁ = -1 ; y₁ = 3 & x₂ = 2 ; y₂ = 9

slope=(y_(2)-y_(1))/(x_(2)-x_(1))\\\\=(9-3)/(2-[-1])\\\\=(6)/(2+1)\\\\=(6)/(3)\\\\= 2

m = 2 & (-1 , 3)

Equation of line:

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

y - 3 = 2(x - [-1])

y -3 = 2(x + 1)

y - 3 =2x +2

y = 2x + 2 + 3

y = 2x + 5
