Y + 4 = 4(x+1)
Bringing the equation to a slope intercept form
Y + 4 = 4x+4
Y = 4x + 4 - 4
Y = 4x
In the answer B the points (1,4) and (2,8) are on the line as y(1) = 4 * 1
y(1) = 4
And y(2) = 4 * 2
y(2) = 8
So the answer is B
