Explanation:

If f(x) is divided by (x - h) then the remainder is f(h)

Here the divisor is (x - 5) , with h = 5 , then

f(5) = 5³ - 5² - 48(5) + 150

= 125 - 25 - 240 + 150

= 100 - 240 + 150

= - 140 + 150

= 10

The remainder after division is 10
