A! I think.
4y+13=37
subtract 13 since it’s positive to cancel out, then subtract 13 from 37 for 24
Divide 4y by 4 to get the variable by itself and then divide 24 by 4 to get 6
therefore y=6/6=y

Multiply
24+13=37
Add
37=37
